Fifty companies from the group of over 160 licensees (the ''Berlin Partners'') also function as company members (Gesellschafter) of Partner für Berlin Holding.
All licensing agreements (Lizenzverträge), as well as a framework contract (Rahmenvertrag) regarding capital city marketing with the State of Berlin, are concluded with Partner für Berlin Holding. Berlin Partner GmbH is assigned via an agency contract (Geschäftsbesorgungsvertrag) with the fulfilment of the activities associated with the licensing agreements and the framework contract with the State of Berlin.
