Networking Events
Among the various events we offer, you can have the opportunity to meet and mingle with many interesting folks of Berlin and deepen your existing relationships. Here is a brief description of the different events we offer.
Berlin-Partner Jour Fixe
Through presentations or podium discussions Berlin-Partners, cooperation partners and additional institutions have the opportunity to present their company, their projects and their activities. The end of the evening incorporates a get-together round. Participants include the leading representatives of the Berlin Partner companies.
Lunch Break
A pre-selected menu for a lunch gathering provides a key note presentation about the current projects of Berlin Partner GmbH. The setting is aimed at the executive and working level of Berlin-Partners.
"Berliner Rede"
The ‘‘Berliner Rede’’, the German President’s annual Berlin speech is an event organized by the joint efforts of Berlin Partner GmbH and the Federal President. The Federal President uses his Berlin speech to address important social issues and jumpstart policy debates. The shareholder board members obtain a personal invitation.
"Berliner Hoffest"
Berlin Partner plans and organizes the ‘‘Berliner Hoffest’’ courtyard festival of the Berlin Mayor. The event attracts leading decision makers from federal and state politics, diplomacy, business, media and culture. Each Berlin-Partner company receives two invitations- one for a board member and one for an executive level employee.
"Berliner Meisterköche"
With the style of this event, Berlin pays a tribute to the culinary partner service providers of the city. On the occasion of a gala dinner, ‘‘Berliner Meisterköche’’ master chefs create their own award winning unique menu for 350 selected guests. Every Berlin-Partner company is invited to participate with two guests- one being a board member and the second being an executive level employee.
"Berliner Bühnenwochen"
The ‘‘Berliner Bühnenwochen’’ stage festival is a joint project of Berlin Partner and the theaters of the capital. The aim is to give new Berliners from business, politics and diplomacy, an insight into the diverse cultural landscape of Berlin. Berlin-Partners are invited to attend with a guest of their choice.
Berlin-Partner Sommerfest
The Berlin Partner ‘‘Sommerfest’’ summer festival hosts a relaxed networking environment. In 2009, Sommerfest was hosted on the roof top terrace of the Solon SE Headquarters and celebrated the pre-opening of its extraordinary building that sets new standards for energy efficiency.
International Berlin Film Festival
During the International Film Festival, ‘‘Berlinale’’, Berlin Partner provides its partners an exclusive screening as well as a pre-screening reception. Berlin-Partners receive an invitation for a board level (plus one) guest to attend.
VIP Box at Hertha BSC Home Games
Berlin’s Soccer Team, Hertha BSC, plays at Olympic Stadium where Berlin Partner has a VIP Box Lounge for up to ten guests. Investors and Berlin-Partners can celebrate not only soccer goals, but have lively discussions in an exciting atmosphere..
Topic Focused Networking Events
In addition to the above mentioned events, Berlin Partner offers additional special networking events. Executive and managerial level guests are invited to these events. In 2008, Berlin-Partner had an exclusive invitation to participate in the opening of the new US Embassy at Pariser Platz and also had the opportunity to visit an inaugural opening for the ‘‘Temporären Kunsthalle’’ temporary gallery at the Schlossplatz.
