DUAL STUDY
BWL SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The dual study program in business administration-service management leading to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree qualifies students for exciting and challenging tasks in service-oriented companies and lasts three years.
It is characterized by a high degree of practical orientation and usually alternates every three months between practical semesters in various areas of our company and theoretical phases at the Berlin-Lichtenberg School of Economics and Law.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
The theory phases take place at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in smaller class groups.

Through regular practice transfer reports and the preparation of a student research project, you will prepare step-by-step for your undergraduate thesis.
During the practical phases, you will become familiar with the central tasks of Berlin's business and technology promotion and provide support in projects for capital city marketing as well as in industry and service-specific areas, among other things.

TRAINING AS AN EVENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Training as an event manager qualifies you for varied and demanding tasks in the event industry and usually lasts three years. Practical training takes place three days a week at Berlin Partner. The theoretical training at the vocational school takes place twice a week at the OSZ Handel 1 in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

The in-class theory phases take place at the vocational school.

During the practical training, you will become familiar with the varied and versatile fields of activity of an event manager. You will engage with various areas within our company and assist in the organization of a wide range of event formats such as networking events, conferences and national and international trade fairs. In addition, you will gain insights into traditionalcommercial activities in the areas of Finance / Controlling, Human Resources and Procurement. And of course, the detailed insights into the many facets of the events offered by Berlin's business and technology promotion for players from politics, science, business, the media as well as sports and culture are not to be missed.

TRAINING IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR SYSTEM INTEGRATION
The apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration qualifies you for versatile and exciting tasks in the field of information and telecommunication systems and lasts three years. Your practical and theoretical phases will take place in constant alternation throughout your training. The practical training at Berlin Partner lasts two weeks and alternates with the one-week theoretical training at the vocational school at the OSZ IMT in Berlin-Neukölln.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:

Course content includes:
- Information and telecommunication systems

- CCNA - Cisco (voluntary from the 2nd Year)
During your training at the company, you will work primarily in the IT / Facility area and will be actively involved in the associated areas of responsibility. You will accompany and support our IT team in, among other things, network administration, planning and commissioning of new ITsystem components as well as server and client hardware and support our employees in a wide range of user issues. You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the IT landscape of a modern business development company, to support the implementation of versatile IT projects and to further advance the digitalization of the company. By taking on independent tasks and projects, trainees in our company are given a wide range of development opportunities and help us to develop Berlin into an innovative and economically strong city.
