AVENTOS stands on two pillars: AVENTOS Development and Capital Markets. Development focuses on the acquisition and development of commercial real estate throughout Germany. Capital Markets initiates and manages equity funds that invest in listed real estate companies.


2. Why are you involved as a Berlin-Partner? 

We are proud to be a Berlin Partner because our headquarters are in Berlin and this is where AVENTOS was founded. Membership gives us the opportunity to be part of this dynamic network and to intensify cooperation with other companies in this unique city. We want to actively incorporate our deep-rooted passion and conviction for Berlin into the Berlin Partner Network. We are not only contributing our experience and resources, but also two important real estate projects that are shaping the city: the LUXWERK in Berlin Spandau and the BRICKHUB in Berlin Reinickendorf. Through these projects, we want to actively contribute to the development and strengthening of Berlin and further promote the city's economic potential. 


3. What issues drive you in relation to your industry?  

In the real estate industry, we are primarily driven by topics such as sustainable development, digitalization and the design of liveable urban spaces. We are actively committed to environmentally friendly construction projects and want to create innovative solutions for the users of our properties. Our projects reflect our commitment to creating innovative commercial districts. In addition, we focus intensively on the changing needs of users and strive to positively influence the real estate industry through innovation and sustainability.

Berlin is special to us because of its unique cultural diversity and dynamic atmosphere. As a real estate company, we appreciate the inspiring environment and the numerous opportunities for sustainable urban development. 7. How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

AVENTOS pursues a comprehensive sustainability approach in all business areas. In real estate development, we consistently focus on environmentally friendly construction projects and energy-efficient buildings, taking a holistic view of all trades. By integrating innovative technologies such as renewable energies, we aim to minimize the consumption of resources. We work with certifications within real estate development to prove our sustainability activities. We have also already implemented sustainable standards in the Capital Markets division and review them regularly. In addition, we are optimizing all areas of AVENTOS' business operations to conserve resources, for example through digitalization. Transparency and continuous improvement are essential for us. This is how we actively implement our commitment to a sustainable future.
