DUAL STUDY
BWL SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The dual study program in business administration-service management leading to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree qualifies students for exciting and challenging tasks in service-oriented companies and lasts three years.
It is characterized by a high degree of practical orientation and usually alternates every three months between practical semesters in various areas of our company and theoretical phases at the Berlin-Lichtenberg School of Economics and Law.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
The theory phases take place at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in smaller class groups.

Through regular practice transfer reports and the preparation of a student research project, you will prepare step-by-step for your undergraduate thesis.
During the practical phases, you will become familiar with the central tasks of Berlin's business and technology promotion and provide support in projects for capital city marketing as well as in industry and service-specific areas, among other things.

TRAINING IN OFFICE MANAGEMENT FINANCE | CONTROLLING
The apprenticeship for office management with the optional qualifications "commercial management and control" and "commercial processes in small and medium-sized enterprises" qualifies you for various organizational, office management and commercial tasks. It regularly lasts 3 years. Practical training takes place three days a week at Berlin Partner. The theoretical training at the vocational school takes place twice a week at the OSZ Bürowirtschaft I in Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
The in-class theory phases take place at the vocation school.
Important topic areas of the different learning fields include:
- Office management and business processes
- Project management
- Event organization
- Commercial management and controlling
- Foreign language competence
During your practical training with us, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day business of various departments and will become familiar with a wide range of varied tasks. These include a wide range of coordination and organizational tasks, office management processes and the use of modern information and communication systems.
Due to the focus on the above-mentioned optional qualifications, the training will primarily take place in the area of Finance I Controlling. Here, you will gain detailed insights into financial accounting, cost and performance accounting, and controlling as well as support colleagues in their daily tasks.
The apprentices in our company are also given a wide range of development opportunities by taking on tasks and projects of their own responsibility and supporting us in continuously developing Berlin into an innovative and economically strong city.

TRAINING IN OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE | EVENT MANAGEMENT
The apprenticeship for office management with the optional qualifications "Assistance and Secretariat" as well as "Public Relations and Event Management", which lasts 3 years, qualifies you in particular for versatile and demanding activities in the event sector as well as for assistance. Practical training takes place three days a week at Berlin Partner. The theoretical training at the vocational school takes place twice a week at the OSZ Bürowirtschaft I in Berlin Steglitz-Zehlendorf.

Customer contact as well as classic organizational and office management activities and the use of modern information and communication systems also characterize your training with us.
You will gain detailed insights into the many facets of the events and tasks of Berlin's business and technology development for players from politics, science, business, media, sports, and culture.
The apprentices in our company are also given a wide range of development opportunities by taking on tasks and projects of their own responsibility and supporting us to continually develop Berlin into an innovative and economically strong city.
