Berlin Gets It Right: AI Agents Transform Customer Service

Berlin, July 27, 2026 – Great customer service is built on resolving customer inquiries quickly, efficiently and with genuine empathy. Speaking at the German Startup Awards 2026, founder Malte Kosub shared three pieces of advice for aspiring entrepreneurs with Business Insider: Be ambitious. Stay optimistic. Work hard.[1]
