The orthopaedics segment is represented by companies including aap ImplantateMerete MedicalOHST and ZIMMER Biomet Deutschland . In nuclear medicine, innovative products are developed both in research institutions and at companies such as nanoPET Pharma  and global market leader Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und Medizintechnik.
