WHO Pandemic Early Warning Centre:

The World Health Organization (WHO) will open a "Global Hub for Pandemic and Epidemic Intelligence" in Berlin this year. The WHO Hub for Pandemic and Epidemic Intelligence will be a global platform for pandemic and epidemic intelligence, creating shared and networked access to critical, multisectoral data and driving innovation in data analytics, particularly for predicting, preventing, and detecting global health threats. The hub was inaugurated by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on September 1, 2021.
