We are an association of 160 member companies of the Berlin event industry, cooperation partner of visitBerlin and the Berlin regional association in the Federal Association of the Event Industry. We have a very strong presence in the areas of location, catering, technology, equipment, agencies, mobility and other event-related services. 
 

2.  Why are you involved as a erlin-Partner?

Berlin is our home and we love what we do. Our industry stands for hospitality, customer orientation and attention to detail. We create encounters and thus we certainly have a high social value and a very great economic significance for the city. As a result, there is no alternative to becoming a member of Berlin Partner.
 

3.  What are the issues that drive you in relation to your industry?

Our topics are the topics of our time. Scarcity of resources, cost increases, too few people who want to work in the industry and, of course, the issue of sustainability. Creating encounters - also in the future - is the task of our industry. 
 

4.  What makes Berlin special for you?

Berlin is not a cosmopolitan city, but a developing exciting metropolis with so many opportunities and the gift of often standing in its own way in this development. If our city, if we all work together to make it fit for the future, very special things can come out of this city. The opportunities of this city are its special features. The special features are the city's opportunities.
 

5.  Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

This question does not arise: From Berlin. With Berlin. For Berlin.

 

6.  What does Berlin stand for you?

Berlin is a place of longing, a possibility, a city that shapes itself. You can't impose anything on Berlin to force it into a role. Berlin and the Berliners define their city and thus Berlin will always remain a magnet for people, encounters and thus for our industry.

 

7.  How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

Sustainability is the lubricant of the future and has long been present in our industry. Resources are scarce and therefore the trend towards quality, care and craftsmanship is not only necessary but irreversible. And our industry knows how to deal with this topic fully and well; our customers can really rely on our expertise here.
