BERLIN IS AN ATTRACTIVE LOCATION FOR DIGITAL HEALTH INNOVATIONS

Berlin, 26.04.2024 - In a recent study published by the Cluster Healthcare Industry Berlin-Brandenburg - HealthCapital, factors relating to the importance, strengths and development potential of the digital health ecosystem in Berlin-Brandenburg were analysed. The attractiveness of the location and the close networking of the region’s stakeholders were rated particularly positively.

From the results of the study, ten reasons can be derived why the capital region is the location for successful digital health innovations. A strong start-up culture, excellent medical research facilities, a high density of events and the range of diverse solutions on offer are reflected in the top 10 ranking and once again show the capital region as a hotspot for digital healthcare solutions.

A total of 19 digital health experts representing the various facets of the capital region’s ecosystem took part in the survey. The 41-page document looks at the strengths, characteristics and development potential of the digital health ecosystem in the metropolitan region. Network and event formats as well as technology projects in Berlin-Brandenburg are also presented.
