Berlin Gets It Right: AI Agents Transform Customer Service

Speaking at the German Startup Awards 2026, founder Malte Kosub shared three pieces of advice for aspiring entrepreneurs with Business Insider: Be ambitious. Stay optimistic. Work hard.[1]
