Our goal is to bring together players with the same social and sustainable values. Together we achieve social impact through co-creation.

We offer workshops and spaces in Berlin where we work together to develop solutions for the major challenges of our time. As a Berlin Partner, we want to strengthen our visibility as an innovation space with the mission "Co-creating social impact" in the Berlin corporate world.

4. How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

Many organizations in the healthcare industry, the social economy and other sectors are facing major challenges. In order to ensure future viability and bring about sustainable change, employees in these organizations need important change management skills. We incorporate sustainability as an integral part of our consulting services. You can book change management workshops with us, which will give you the tools you need to meet the challenges of transformation professionally. For us, change management primarily means bringing ecological and social sustainability into all aspects of an organization, from strategy and methodological approaches to management and leadership approaches.
