4. What makes Berlin special to you?

Berlin is a place where innovation, digital transformation, and new career paths converge. The city offers a strong environment for collaboration and future-oriented development, especially in the tech and cybersecurity sectors.

5. Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

Berlin is attractive because many companies located here require cybersecurity talent. At the same time, we benefit from a dynamic network that allows us to further develop and expand our educational initiatives.

6.  What does Berlin stand for, in your view?

Berlin stands for progress, openness, and opportunities for people who are looking to redefine their career paths. For us, the city primarily represents future opportunities in the digital work environment.

7.  How does your company approach sustainability?

Cybersteps focuses on digital, resource-efficient education: our courses take place 100% remotely, eliminating travel and enabling flexible learning. Internally, we predominantly work from home and use paper only when legally required.
