LiveEO GmbH from Kreuzberg offers monitoring of critical infrastructure such as railway and power lines as well as pipelines using satellite data. A specially developed AI is used here, which independently evaluates and classifies danger zones. The company was only founded in 2017. Earlier this year, around one million kilometers of power lines in the United States were analyzed from more than 150,000 satellite images. LiveEO has won EARSC's Startup Award and the Cohort Award from the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
