mietsenkung-berlin GmbH helps tenants identify excessive rents and enforce their rights under Germany’s rent control regulations (Mietpreisbremse). We provide free, personalized consultations, review rental agreements, calculate legally permissible rents and potential reimbursement claims, and support both out-of-court settlements and, where necessary, legal proceedings. Our compensation is entirely success-based. Consultations are free of charge and come with no obligation.
