ZEITGEIST Asset Management GmbH

Peter Noack, Co-Founder and Managing Director - ZEITGEIST Asset Management GmbH

1. Describe your company in a tweet.

ZEITGEIST Asset Management with locations in Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Milan and Berlin realises sustainable and high-quality real estate and neighbourhoods. We create spaces in which people enjoy living and working today and in the future.

2. Why are you involved as a Berlin partner?

The best business network in the capital gives us contact to many dynamic and innovation-driving companies whose ideas and impulses we can integrate into our neighbourhood developments.

3. What issues drive you in relation to your industry?

Open and transparent communication during project development is important to us, for example with local businesses or in the context of a "think tank" in which experts from various disciplines develop added value that benefits urban society.

4. What makes Berlin special for you?

Berlin is a metropolis that is currently developing strongly. It can take on a pioneering role, particularly in the area of urban transformation and sustainable urban development.

5. Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

Berlin is a popular place for young talent and is characterised by a large and diverse job market. This gives rise to creativity and disruptive thinking, which is exactly what we want for our developments.

6. What does Berlin stand for you?

Berlin stands for tolerance and diversity. History, the ability to improvise, internationality and a special spirit - this Berlin mix attracts people from all over the world who want to create, who need space to develop. This is where zeitgeist is born.

7.    How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

Sustainability is the gene of our neighbourhood development in Hohenschönhausen. Wood as a building material, a strong social and ecological infrastructure, green energy concepts, city squares and the low-car urban quarter with mobility and sharing offers, that defines our 27 hectares of possibilities.
