As an integrated infrastructure service provider with distinctive specialized knowledge along the entire value chain of the AEC industry as well as in CO2 - certificate trading, we see ourselves as a pioneer for CO2-neutral construction in terms of the 2030 climate targets to be achieved.

 

2. Why are you involved as a Berlin Partner?

Because we can only achieve the 2030 climate goals together. And Berlin Partner creates precisely this "we-feeling" that we embody every day together with our 380 employees throughout Germany in the spirit of resource-conserving management in the real estate industry.

 

3. What issues drive you in relation to your industry?

The real estate industry accounts for around 15% of annual CO2 emissions. That is not necessary! So we set a good example every day and want to show that climate-neutral building and living pays off not only in terms of a more livable future, but also in purely economic Terms.

4. What makes Berlin special for you?

The city's attitude to life. Berlin has always allowed entrepreneurs to break new ground. The city never stands still, but is always open to innovation and progress. That is why Berlin is the best place for us as IGP Advantag, as well as for our subsidiaries, to work from here to achieve our goals for a more sustainable future.

The world looks to Berlin. What succeeds here always serves as a role model for other cities. And it is precisely this advantage that we as the IGP Group need in order to draw the attention of our industry to the benefits of environmentally friendly construction and living in the long term.

 

6. What does Berlin stand for?

For creativity and for the courage to take unconventional steps forward! The city has proven this more than once. To achieve our goals, we need the visionaries of our country. Thankfully, the city offers you diverse living spaces that appeal to young and old alike and enable a perfect work - life balance.

 

7. How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

Each of our project steps is under the company credo of CO2 neutrality, from planning to the process of realization, which is managed in parallel by our in-house software solution, as well as up to the commissioning of the medical, commercial or residential used objects.
IGP Advantag stands for sustainability in the real estate industry. Accordingly, this factor is reflected in all our activities.
