andré Werbung Berlin GmbH

Marcus Gehrmann, Sales Manager Berlin/Brandenburg, andré Werbung Berlin GmbH

1. Describe your company in a Tweet!

andré Werbung Berlin is part of the andré media group and has been turning supermarkets into advertising markets for over 34 years. Their customers benefit from high-performance advertising media in a high-frequency advertising environment, enabling optimal and regional target group reach.

2. Why are you involved as a Berlin Partner?

In our 34-year company history, we have witnessed many developments in Berlin and Brandenburg and feel that we are a firmly anchored traditional company in our capital region. We work primarily with local companies and guide them to their individual advertising success. Such a success story only works if you are well networked in the region. In the course of the Berlin partnership, we would like to further expand our strong network and are excited about the many opportunities Berlin Partner offers us for this Purpose.

3. What issues drive you in relation to your industry?

The advertising industry is very fast-moving and can usually be hit hard and fast by crises. Despite many economic restrictions for a large number of Berlin companies, Corona does not hit us as hard as probably many other advertising media (e.g. radio or print). On the one hand, we are helped by the fact that the supermarket location has grown in importance and visitor frequency during this period, making it even more attractive for advertisers. Furthermore, we are benefiting from our broad customer portfolio, which includes a large number of very different sectors, including sectors that were not at all affected by the Corona crisis or even profited from it. Nevertheless, we sincerely hope that increased testing, a steadily increasing quota of vaccinated people and a further prudent handling of the AHA rules will lead to the economic restrictions being withdrawn and all industries getting some breathing room again.

4. What makes Berlin special for you?

Berlin sets trends and is thus a pioneer for all of Germany. Due to its eventful history, Berlin has undergone a unique spatial and cultural development - thus, for us, Berlin is also the symbol of an open and multifaceted capital city, paired with the classic "Berliner Schnauze", and dit is also jut so.

5. Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

Berlin has a good food retail infrastructure. A large number of these supermarket locations are in our portfolio and can be booked by companies for their advertising success. In particular, we find the mix of national/international players and the enormous density of regional companies very exciting. Because no matter whether A like pharmacy, P like nursing service or Z like dentist, in nearly each industry Berlin enterprises already recruit successfully with us in the supermarket.
