Berlin Gets It Right: AI Agents Transform Customer Service

Berlin, July 27, 2026 – Great customer service is built on resolving customer inquiries quickly, efficiently and with genuine empathy. Earlier this year, Parloa reached another major milestone by successfully closing a $350 million Series D funding round, bringing the company's valuation to $3 billion. Speaking at the German Startup Awards 2026, founder Malte Kosub shared three pieces of advice for aspiring entrepreneurs with Business Insider: Be ambitious. Stay optimistic. Work hard.[1]
