1. Describe your company.   

Citronella Catering, we offer exquisite, healthy finger food and mobile smoothie bars for corporate and private events in the Berlin area! We work with regional products and local superfoods. Our handmade delicacies are carefully prepared and presented decoratively.


2. Why are you involved as a Berlin-Partner? 

We engage as a Berlin Partner because we call this city our home, and the network is an inspiration to us! We are proud to be part of Berlin's diverse and vibrant community and want to contribute to making the network even more lively through our involvement. 


3. What issues drive you in relation to your industry?  

We use regional products, especially local superfoods, to showcase the diversity and uniqueness of our region! By using these unique ingredients, we aim not only to create delicious dishes but also to raise awareness of the diversity and sustainability of local resources.

 

4. What makes Berlin special for you?  

Berlin is a vibrant metropolis with diverse culture, unique character, and a rich history. Berlin combines tradition and modernity in a fascinating way and impresses with a strong economy that drives innovation and progress.

 

5. Why is Berlin attractive for your company?  

The openness to diversity and innovation shapes the unique flair of this city. Berlin offers food from all over the world while also being a pioneer in conscious and healthy eating. As these are the attributes of our company, we fit perfectly with Berlin.

 

6. What does Berlin stand for to you?

Berlin embodies cosmopolitanism, modernity, and innovation.

 

7. How does your company implement the topic of sustainability?

Since our founding in 2019, our company has been plastic-free, and we exclusively use environmentally friendly materials. Whenever possible, we source our fruits and vegetables from regional farmers and place great emphasis on using regional herbs and superfoods from Brandenburg!
