GREENTECH FESTIVAL 2025

Berlin, 19. May 2025 – All good things usually come in threes. This is also the case when it comes to the future of green technologies. There are three good reasons to visit this year's GREENTECH FESTIVAL: More than 6,000 visitors from all over the world will meet more than 300 speakers from various industries and more than 100 partners from the key areas of technology, industry and sustainability. The GREENTECH FESTIVAL is considered a leading platform for sustainable transformation and decarbonization and will take place for the 18th time this year from 20 to 22 May at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

The extremely varied programme focuses on the major challenges, but also the great opportunities of our age. In addition to Artificial Intelligence (AI), the circular economy and mobility, these also include areas such as Human Resources, Leadership, sustainable construction and agriculture. In line with this, participants can expect keynotes, panel discussions, boot camps, exhibition areas and events focusing on the key topics of “Energy & Infrastructure”, “Mobility & Transport”, “Industry & Materials” and “Sustainable Strategy & ESG”.

As well as knowledge transfer and networking, this year's GREENTECH FESTIVAL is once again all about innovations. These will be presented at the GREENTECH FESTIVAL EXHIBITION, among other places. Visitors have the opportunity to discover innovative green technologies and get to know sustainable products, companies and organisations. The GTF CONFERENCE offers pioneers, visionaries and leaders a grand stage to discuss with participants what is needed to set the course for green success and initiate lasting and sustainable change. Companies such as Volkswagen, DHL, DB Schenker, Stadler, BASF, E.ON and many more are involved. Other highlights of this year's event include Startup Land, Career Day and the Green Startup Slam.

While up-and-coming green startups present themselves to potential investors, media and industry experts in the "Startup Land" exhibition area, the Career Day on 22 May is aimed directly at students, who can exchange ideas with companies free of charge and find out about career and entry opportunities. Finally, the GREEN STARTUP SLAM on 21 and 22 May is a special kind of entertainment experience. Selected startups present their visions and ideas to the public. Those who convince and are chosen as winners by the audience will take part in an exclusive market readiness workshop in cooperation with BCG X GREENTECH.

As one of the festival's official partners, Berlin Partner is also involved in the planning and implementation of the varied programme. Managing Director Dr. Stefan Franzke has also been a member of the GREEN AWARDS jury for 14 years. Since 2008, the awards have been presented to people, companies and organisations that turn visionary ideas into sustainable innovations and achieve exceptional results in climate, environmental and resource protection. This year, the jury headed by Dr. Stefan Franzke is once again on the lookout for real "changemakers". And even if not all of them can be honoured at an exclusive gala dinner – there are quite a few "changemakers" at the GREENTECH FESTIVAL. Yet another good reason for a visit.
