Zum Glueck Berliner

Stephan Campioni, CEO of Zum Glück Media GmbH

1. Describe your company in a tweet.

ZUM GLÜCK BERLINER is a participatory platform that has been showing what the capital is like since 2016: authentic, contemporary, entertaining, happy. We share the bear-sized love for the city that beats in our white and red hearts with around 180,000 followers - and also with Berlin companies.

2. Why are you involved as a Berlin-Partner?

ZUM GLÜCK BERLINER is by Berliners for Berliners - and brings them together online, but also in real life. To have fun together and rediscover Berlin and the diverse possibilities of the Mudda City time and time again. So there's no question for us that we are a proud part of the Berlin Partner Network. This enables us to connect even more Berliners with Berliners and, above all, with Berlin brands, companies based in the capital and stakeholders from a wide variety of sectors.

3. What issues drive you in relation to your industry?

We are: Berlin, Berliners, most Berlin. And celebrate the city's attitude to life, tolerance and diversity. Berlin and the almost 4 million people who live here drive us to continue producing tailor-made content and to inspire our community for what we are really passionate about: Moments of happiness in the capital.

4. What makes Berlin special for you?

Berlin is simply special. Particularly loud, particularly colorful, particularly diverse, particularly open, particularly different. We really appreciate all of this about our hometown and city of the heart and have made it our daily task to share and celebrate these values and characteristics with our community.

5. Why is Berlin attractive for your company?

Quite simply: without Berlin, without us. Because if Berlin wasn't the best city in the world, there wouldn't be the ZUM GLÜCK BERLINER join-in platform for all Berliners. And those who (understandably) want to become one.

6. What does Berlin stand for to you?

For us, Berlin is not just a city, Berlin is a way of life. Because it stands for freedom, tolerance and diversity like no other. For loud and quiet. For technology and techno. For concrete and nature. For art and culture. For the present and history. For timeless and trendy. For always the same and yet always different.
